- Price per week from Saturday to Saturday and including (water, electricity, taxes, household final)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The deposit paid to the lessee if acquired cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival.
- Prices paid in two installments: 30% for booking
70% (balance) on the day of arrival (+ options)
NO CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED.
OPTIONS
- Fifth person per T2 supplement of 50 € per week in season 1, 2, 3, 4.
100 euros in season 5, 6,7 (July, August)
- Pets: 40 euros
- Linen kit (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen): 20 euros per person
- Launderette (coin laundry): 5 euros
- Rental equipment (heating, fan): 20 euros.
