The Residence PLAGE offers 6 types of accommodation :

2 Studios including 1 superior, 2 apartments 1 bedroom, 1 apartment 2 bedrooms, 3 Superior Apartments (including 1 upstairs with sea view terrace), 1 Mini-villa, 1 Mini-villa with SPA and 1 large villa on two floors 4 bedrooms.

The Apartments and Superior Apartments are identical in structure.
The Superior Apartments benefit from additional equipment.

- The first prices displayed (without options) are those of the studio and the standard apartment.

Terms of Sales

PRICES INCLUDE :

- Included: water, electricity, tourist taxes, final cleaning, laundry and linen (kit per person 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase and 1 large bath towel)
- Weekly rental or minimum package of 4 nights


DEPOSIT :

- Apartments : 250€
- Mini-villa and Mini-villa with SPA: 500 €
- Large Villa: 500 €

TERMS OF SALE

- The deposit paid acquired to the lessor if cancellation less than 90 days before the date of arrival.
- Payment for the stay (in two installments): 30% on booking (100% for short stays) + 70% (balance) on the day of arrival (+ options)


CREDIT CARD NOT ACCEPTED.

OPTIONS

- additional person per week: supplement of 150 euros.
- free of charge for little children (five years or less)
- Animal: supplement of 150 euros / stay
