Terms of Sales
PRICES INCLUDE:
- Included: water, electricity, tourist taxes, linen (kit per person: 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase and 1 large towel)
- Weekly rental in the SUMMER period free arrival each day in the afternoon.
- For other periods, possibility of short stay (4 nights minimum)
CAUTION GUARANTY:
- Villa: 500 €
TERMS OF SALE
- The deposit paid acquired to the lessor if cancellation less than 90 days before the date of arrival.
- Payment for the stay (in two installments): 30% on booking (100% for short stays) + 70% (balance) on the day of arrival (+ options)
CREDIT CARD NOT ACCEPTED.
OPTIONS
- Supplement for fifth person in Apartment : 150€.
- Supplement fot sixth person in Villa : 150€.
- Animal: supplement of 150 euros
